Ingredients

2 tbsp. mint leaves
1 cup carrot smooth pulp, strain
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup tomato puree
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 pinches black pepper powder
600 ml. ice cold water
